these pics are from a 25-mph crash while mountain biking. The front tire slid out and i went down, hard, skidding on my helmet till i hit a rock, splitting the helmet and sending me ass over teakettle. the shot of my ass is looking up, i slid on that leg on the rocks about 10 feet. ouch!

ED: Wow! 25 mph wipe out, on gravel. Cool. I don't think I've ever had a wipe out going that fast, yet. I've had my mountain bike up in the 40's before, but that was on pavement. No slippage. I'm a big wuss on gravel. And mud. And roots. Alright, I'm just a big wuss.
