message: Pretty cool burn. In Indiana, where fireworks that stay on the ground are "technically legal" and fireworks that go into the air are "not technically legal" my dad was attacked by one of those crazy ones that bounce on the ground and make colors. It could have been that it was a little rocky and then, suddenly, it lifted off and was about 5 inches from my dad's head when it flew off into the distance.
